This will be a DRIVE THROUGH event, first come, first served! Please be prepared to wait in line. Dogs MUST be leashed, cats MUST be in a carrier. You will be asked to wait in line IN your car while we run your pet(s) in to see the Vet. Please download the Price and Instruction sheet below and Vaccine and/or Microchip forms as needed. Bringing filled out forms will help expedite the process, but if you can not print them, we will have them available at the event. Cash or check please!
